UMA from The President of the Philippine Judo Federation
This email was sent to the
UMA after we were consulted and asked by the President of the Philippine Judo
Federation himself for permission to use the UMA Judo Ne Waza/Groundfighting
Rules for they're own Championships.

Thanks so much! There are lots of Judokas here that are crazy with Ne-Waza like
me.
Some are also having their Ne-Waza competitions. These guys need to base the
rules from a very credible source like you.
